Job summary

TLD Morgantown is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations, moving materials, supporting production schedules, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, pulling orders, staging materials, and ensuring timely delivery of parts across the facility. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, candidates should possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as pallet jacks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Pride in workmanship and a positive, reliable attitude.
• OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 Power Industrial Truck certification preferred prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including processing incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pull orders and stage materials to support production requirements.
• Manage the outbound movement of parts required for manufacturing and spare parts service operations.
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle count activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Return unused materials to inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with material handling and transportation throughout the facility.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support team objectives and complete other duties as assigned.
