Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support logistics and inventory at a semiconductor construction company in Phoenix. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving warehouse and enjoys physical, team-based work.

Location is North Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. The role involves unloading, labeling shipments, sorting and shelving inventory, and packing orders according to lists and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• 1+ year warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and safety practices a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and label incoming shipments accurately.
• Assist with sorting, shelving, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and customer requirements.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including box labeling and staging for pickup.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with routine inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Use pallet jacks or carts to move materials (training provided).
• Communicate with warehouse leads and managers on daily priorities.
