National Oak Distributors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities and ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires proficiency with RF scanners, experience in order picking and packing, and strong communication skills to support a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer literacy.
• Experience with order picking and packaging.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations; maintain accurate stock levels.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and prepare shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with shipping/receiving documentation and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
