Job summary

Conklin Metal Industries in Nashville is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help move product from receiving to shipping in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime based on workload and weekly direct deposit pay.

You will operate a forklift, verify shipments, stage and load deliveries, and maintain accurate stock levels while following safety procedures. Growth path includes leadership roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pull, pack, and load outgoing deliveries.
• Operate forklift and move stock safely.
• Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
