This role requires a fast, physically demanding pace with lifting 25–75 lbs and multi‑tasking across loading, unloading, picking and housekeeping. Training is provided, and advancement is possible within Capstone's growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• High-energy, strong work ethic, and willingness to train for site needs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse associates perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up and other duties as assigned.
