Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce, seeking a Warehouse Associate to assemble components, handle materials, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. You’ll maintain quality standards, keep a safe and organized workspace, and collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires learning multiple systems, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a basic high school education.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Fast and accurate with good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to pick/pack lists.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work space.
• Handle materials and palletize for shipping.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment for accounts.
• Learn and use multiple computer systems.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Lead or Manager.
• Adhere to Quality Policy and participate in Quality Management System.
