POOLCORP in Concord, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. Position requires forklift use and safe operation, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Expect $18.00–$22.95 per hour, plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, parental leave, tuition programs, stock purchase plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution/warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; perform audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickup.
• Operate a forklift safely and maintain certification; perform safety checks.
