Target is hiring Warehouse Workers at our Windsor, CT Distribution Center. Roles start at $24.80 per hour with potential to earn more through a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour. Positions require lifting and moving merchandise, standing for long periods, and complying with safety procedures.

As a progression Team Member, you can grow pay with tenure. Applicants should be able to work varied shifts and perform packing, loading, and shipping to stores and guests, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs.
• Stand, walk, reach during shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team.
