Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our Brooks, KY operation. You will perform order fulfillment, counting, packing, and shipping while maintaining accuracy and safety in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reading and speaking English, and availability for the Wednesday-Saturday shift. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $23.48 through incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be motivated, hardworking, dependable, with strong attendance.
• Overtime may be required in most distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Daily cycle counting and discrepancy research.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure products remain clean and safe.
• Verify product received against documents and report discrepancies or damages.
