Job summary

Schott Distributing is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Rochester, MN to support unloading trucks, receiving and organizing inventory, and building delivery routes. You’ll assist drivers, replenish stock, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. This role involves lifting cases and occasional light maintenance, with a regular Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items during shifts.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive and organize product.
• Pull orders and build delivery routes.
• Support drivers and warehouse team with loading and replenishing stock.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Assist with light maintenance and occasional delivery routes.
• Record inventory using basic computer systems.
• Lift and move cases and kegs (20–160 lbs).
• Work Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch; overtime may occur.
