Job summary

Nabis is seeking a Warehouse Associate in a fast-growing cannabis distribution environment. You will handle picking, packing, inventory and quality assurance to support reliable order fulfillment across our networks.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, can lift 50 lbs, and pass a background check. Cannabis industry experience is a plus; safety, teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch and twist.
• Comfort with ladders and top-shelf loading/unloading.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading product into vans.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Verifying and preparing orders.
• Product intake assistance.
• Warehouse organization.
• Paperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & Dispatch.
• Inventory cycle counts.
• Occasional communication with brands/clients.
• General assistance of Operations Managers.
