Job summary

A leading distributor and manufacturer in Byron Township is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with inventory tracking and delivery logistics. Key responsibilities include unloading freight, managing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Candidates must have a high school diploma, prior warehouse experience, and a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and a team player.
• Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 75lbs.
• Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight and verify the product.
• Manage inventory from receiving to shipping stage.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Accuracy and detail-orientation

Inclination to do things right the first time

Ability to accurately pull orders and load/unload trucks

Ability to properly identify colors for the purpose of pulling orders

Education

High school diploma

Prior warehouse experience preferred

Valid drivers license
