Job summary

Westin Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator to join our fast-growing distribution team. You will operate cherry pickers, reach lifts, turret trucks, and other equipment while ensuring accurate orders and efficient inventory control.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, perform routine safety checks, and work with RF scanners to pick, sort, wrap, and label products. The role runs on a Sunday-Wednesday shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as Cherry Picker, Reach Lift or Turret Forklift is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and shipping/receiving processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate cherry pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and turret trucks.
• Use the warehouse management system to keep orders accurate and inventory on point.
• Lift, move, stack, and organize product up to 50 lbs.
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and running smoothly with the team.
• Pick orders with RF scanners.
• Sort, wrap, pack, tie, and label products with accuracy.

What You Bring

• Experience with warehouse equipment — Cherry Picker, Reach Lift, or Turret Forklift required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, stand, and stay active throughout the day
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
• Comfort reading labels, tags, and work documents
• Experience using RF scanners (bonus points!)
• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
