Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Starting Pay: Currently at $18 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) for outbound orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
4. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials accurately and promptly.
5. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 0-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
2. High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
3. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
4. Self-motivated with quick learning ability.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
6. Knowledge of safety procedures.

Pay Range: $15.61 - $23.41 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location and experience. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Ferguson complies with wage regulations and may offer higher wages in certain areas.
