Job summary

PDI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Spartanburg. The role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping products while maintaining an organized warehouse and accurate inventory using WMS and scanners.

You will operate forklifts, ensure safety, verify orders, and support overall supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse operations training is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse roles, preferably plumbing, lighting or appliance supply.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects; stand for long periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong accuracy in counting, labeling and sorting; attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments; verify items against PO and packing slips.
• Stock and receive products; store using established methods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders; double-check SKUs and quantities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely; perform routine checks.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies; report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; dispose of waste properly.
• Follow all safety protocols; use PPE and handle hazardous materials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
