Job summary

Target is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Associates for multiple shifts in our Minnesota facility. Roles involve packing, shipping, and processing merchandise to stores and guests, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work in a team, follow policies, and use handheld devices to complete tasks accurately. Starting pay is $23.35 per hour, with a pay range of $23.35–$26.35 per hour plus a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
