Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support US distribution through AmerisourceBergen. Starting pay is $22.44–$25.34 hourly with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for incentive earnings.

Shifts run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00 AM to finish. Responsibilities include picking, packing, cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy of shipping documents while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support for sensitive products.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and replenishment practices.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages.
