Echo Electric in Columbus, OH, is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to ensure timely receiving, packing, shipping, and wire cutting. You will operate warehouse equipment, load and unload, and help maintain a safe, tidy facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and a wire cutting machine.
• Able to climb into and operate delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, scan, pack, and ship orders ranging from small boxes to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory safely and accurately.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut using the appropriate equipment.
• Drive company trucks in compliance with traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse.

Shift: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

Starting Rate: $21-$23 per hour.

We are looking for associates who:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies using safety equipment, hand trucks, and front-end loaders/forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory in a safe manner and ensuring the quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.
• Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.
• Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
• Record damaged or defective materials

What you bring:

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacket, and wire cutting machine. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; including unloading materials from a vehicle.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
