Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Missouri. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, operating RF scanners, and assisting with warehouse maintenance.

Shift is 7 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday, with a starting rate of $20–$22 per hour. Candidates should be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to obtain DOT certification for driving duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification for driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner.
• Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner.
• Perform cycle counts and record damaged or defective materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks with safe handling and proper equipment.
• Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) duties to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse.

Shift: 7 AM- 4 PM, M-F

Starting Rate: $20-$22 per hour

We are looking for associates who:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
• Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner.
• Perform cycle counts regularly.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
• Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.
• Provides associateswith possible solutions and/or appropriate contact information when problems arise, reports observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.
• Loads and unloads materials from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.
• Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.

What you bring:

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacket. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification for driving responsibilities.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills
