Job summary

CORT Party Rental in Washington state is hiring for Warehouse Associates to join our dish department. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from cleaning and repairing product to prepping orders and loading/unloading vehicles.

Expect 40–60 hours per week with overtime and double-time pay opportunities. Pay is $21–$23 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Must pass drug screens and participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from cleaning and repairing product to prepping orders and loading and unloading vehicles.
• Processing all dish equipment including glassware, flatware, China, and handwash items.
• Work with Inventory and QC on overbookings, damages, and missing equipment. Facilitates and participates in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Maintain and develop current warehouse practices. Look for opportunities to maximize flow and efficiency through layout, process, and inventory adjustments.

Our Warehouse Associates work collaboratively as a part of our operations team; ensuring that our product meets quality standards and arrives where it needs to. This position is based in our dish department.

Pay: $21-$23 / hour depending on experience
