About the Role:The Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and delivering products to customers. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, efficient and safe handling of goods, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service during deliveries
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
· Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
· Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
· Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
· Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
· Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
· Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
· Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
· Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required).
· Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
· Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
