Job summary

Rydell Warehousing in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to help move automotive parts between locations. You will load and unload shipments, stock and inspect inventory, and prepare orders for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers starting pay at $15.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and opportunities for career growth are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• MUST have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts between Rydell Warehousing, Rydell Chevrolet, and Rydell of Independence.
• Load, unload, receive, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Stock inventory in an organized and accessible manner.
• Verify inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Label and organize parts using established inventory procedures.
• Prepare orders for shipment and internal deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
