Rydell Warehousing in Waterloo, IA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This full-time, non-exempt role involves receiving inventory, organizing warehouse operations, and delivering automotive parts between our Rydell locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or inventory experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• MUST have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts between Rydell Warehousing, Rydell Chevrolet, and Rydell of Independence.
• Load, unload, receive, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Stock inventory in an organized and accessible manner.
• Verify inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Label and organize parts using established inventory procedures.
• Prepare orders for shipment and internal deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
