The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for various tasks involved in the storage, organization, and distribution of goods within a warehouse setting. This role typically involves receiving, unpacking, labeling, storing, and picking items according to orders. Warehouse associates may also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

• 8am – 5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls.
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization.
• Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns.
• Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Answer phones and follow-up on orders, shortages, and mistakes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift items weighing at least 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, and climb repeatedly throughout the day.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving.
• At least 1 year of experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
