Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate on the Day shift at our Kansas City, MO distribution center. You will receive, pick, pack and ship orders to support patient care and ensure efficient product flow.

The role operates 7:00am–5:30pm on weekdays with a Saturday 6:00am–4:30pm shift and a $1.50 shift differential. Training is provided and safety/quality are emphasized in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic English reading/writing ability required.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.**No matter what you do at Cardinal Health, you make a difference.**Our warehouse team members make it all happen.
