Job Details

Shift details | Full Time | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 5:00am until finish

Pay Rate | $19/hr

Productivity bonus paid with each check

Employment is subject to verification of pre hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws

What you will be doing:

• Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Verify received products against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills:

• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, dependable, and punctual; attendance is crucial.
• Willing to work the listed shift hours plus overtime, as overtime is often mandatory in distribution centers.
• Capable of performing repetitive manual tasks consistently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; product weights vary.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or distribution experience (up to 1 year preferred).
• Ability to operate RF scanning equipment.
