Cencora is hiring for a warehouse associate role supporting distribution services in the US under AmerisourceBergen. The position involves order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory control, with emphasis on safe handling of temperature-sensitive materials.

Starting pay ranges from $22.44 to $25.34 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses paid with each paycheck. Full-time hours and a broad benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and traceability.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling for sensitive materials.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and replenishment within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of safe material handling and warehouse equipment usage.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and maintain accurate records.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

$2000 Sign On Bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck.

Shift Details

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5:00 AM to Finish

Pay Details

Starting at $22.44 with potential for up to $25.34 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills And Knowledge

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

Salary Range

$37,752 - 56,650

• This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
