Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Warehouse Support Specialist to verify transportation, update logistics systems, track fleet activity and prepare shipping documentation. You will monitor inventory movement and resolve routine issues such as delivery discrepancies and variances.

Responsibilities include updating warehouse records, reviewing shipment information, and ensuring proper handling to support traceability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Forklift/Cherry picker experience required.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to process routine operational activities and support continuous improvement.
• CSCP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
