Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Appleton, WI to move materials, operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and prepare customer orders. You’ll work a steady Monday–Friday schedule, with day-one benefits and training provided to learn specialized equipment.

You'll contribute to safe, accurate order fulfillment and keep work areas organized while following OSHA standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable with industrial

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely.
• Operate forklifts and remote-control overhead cranes to handle metal pipe, tube, and bar products.
• Pick and prepare orders.
• Accurately pull, stage, bundle, and prepare materials for shipment using metal banding tools.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Follow established safety procedures and use forklifts/overhead cranes as trained.
• Read a tape measure and verify material dimensions (length/diameter).
• Keep work area clean and organized.

What You'll Do

• Move materials safely.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately. This is required for the role.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfort working with heavy pipe and tubing in both indoor and outdoor areas.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment and work occasional overtime.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, farming, landscaping, or other hands‑on experience is helpful, but not required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Experience with automated band saws or overhead cranes is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
