Hillyard, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO to join our Operations team for a steady, full-time Monday–Friday day shift. Training will be provided, and no extensive warehouse experience is required.

We value dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly in a hands-on environment. You'll receive on-the-job training, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities to grow within a family-owned company with 100+ years of success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Dependability and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming inventory.
• Pick products to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments for delivery.
• Learn to operate battery-powered warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete daily orders.
• Use basic computer systems and email daily.

What You'll Do

• Receive and put away incoming inventory.
• Pick products to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.

• Learn to safely operate battery‑powered warehouse equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Work alongside your teammates to complete daily orders.
• Use basic computer systems and email as part of your daily work.

Previous warehouse, stocking, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, or similar experience is a plus, but it is not required.
