Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support outbound and inbound warehouse operations in Twinsburg, OH. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

This role requires lift capability, familiarity with warehouse equipment, and adherence to safety policies. Overtime is required daily until shifts are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Overtime required daily until tasks are completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC checks, pack, ship.
• Pick large items with equipment or small items to designated cart.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate equipment (forklift; order picker; reach truck; pallet jack).
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
• Attend associate meetings and raise concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
