Grainger is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Fargo to support warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound tasks, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will work under a DC Supervisor or Process Manager, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and passing a pre-employment screen. On-site shifts are Monday–Friday, with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA and hazmat requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
