Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑mocused and outgoing team in Lebanon, TN. This role offers a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

We provide a 1B shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) with occasional Saturdays. The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, plus the use of tools and a warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Use of small and large hand tools and power tools in the assembly area.
• Operate printing machines.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping, shrink wrap, label.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Identify damaged products and remove them on receipt.
