Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support a 24/7 operation in the Phoenix area. You will repair and salvage damaged products for reuse and assist with inbound receiving to ensure timely processing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to safety procedures. Training programs are provided to grow your skills and advance within the company, with a focus on Lean Logistics practices and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate: $17.26 - $17.94 per hour base pay

• Schedule:
• Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thurs, Fri; 7am - 7pm
• Week 2: Mon, Tues, Sat; 7am - 7pm
• This is a 24/7, 365 operation, with some holidays required to be worked. While most responsibilities will take place during standard business hours, adaptability is key.

What You’ll Do

• Repair & Restore: Give damaged products a second chance by reworking and salvaging them for use.
• Inbound Support: Help receive shipments and ensure products are accounted for and ready for processing.
• Continuous Improvement: Be a part of our Lean Logistics Center’s commitment to efficiency and excellence.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training programs to develop your skills and advance your career!

What We’re Looking For
