Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work the night shift in Matteson, IL. You will repair and salvage damaged products, assist with inbound processing, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while learning and growing within the company.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on activity in a Lean Logistics Center, with a focus on career development and opportunity for advancement.

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and bring damaged products back to life! If you love problem-solving, teamwork, and making a real impact, this role is for you!

• Pay Range: $17.49 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 11:00pm to 9:30am

• Repair & Restore: Give damaged products a second chance by reworking and salvaging them for use.
• Inbound Support: Help receive shipments and ensure products are accounted for and ready for processing.
• Continuous Improvement: Be a part of our Lean Logistics Center’s commitment to efficiency and excellence.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training programs to develop your skills and advance your career!

What We’re Looking For:
