Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Durham, NC. You will support inbound or outbound operations, unloading and loading products, and using the Manhattan WMS to verify inventory and storage conditions.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures in a distribution environment. The position offers an anticipated hourly range from $21 to $24, with benefits including 401k contributions, paid time off, and early wage access via myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly operating equipment.
• Willingness to be certified on equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to pull pallets.
• Uses Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products and ensure proper storage for refrigerated items when required.
• Stores products in designated warehouse locations using an order picker or similar device.
• Picks products from locations and loads them into outbound trucks.
