Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Tustin Distribution Center. This role entails picking, packing, and staging orders using RF scanners and WMS tech, receiving inbound freight, and ensuring accuracy against slips and orders.

You will load/unload shipments with forklifts and help customers with pickups, while maintaining safety. We value reliability, teamwork, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology.
• Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Using the Manhattan WMS to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillments.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practices.
• Maintaining warehouse organization through slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping.
• Following OSHA regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions

• Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology
• Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
• Utilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activities
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment
