Quince is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Day Shift at our Carney’s Point, NJ location. The role offers starting pay of $20.50/hr for days with a $1.50 night differential and prospects for raises and overtime.

THE ROLE

Warehouse Associate – Day Shift

Location: 24 N Game Creek Road, Carney’s Point, NJ 08069 | Full Time | $20.50/hr days ($22.00/hr nights) | Shift: Front half days & back half days

Interested in night shift? You’ll earn an extra $1.50/hr shift differential, so night shift pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.50/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using easy-to-learn computer systems
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Process returns and keep inventory accurate
• Team up with fellow associates and flag issues to your manager
• Jump into different assignments as needed - variety keeps the shift moving

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Open to overtime when it’s available
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift; push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the day; lift up to 49 lbs. and push carts up to 60 lbs. (with or without accommodations)

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD
