Job summary

Quince is hiring a Temporary Warehouse Associate on the Day Shift in New Jersey to help receive, inspect, and distribute merchandise, maintain inventory, and support order fulfillment with accuracy and speed.

This temporary role lasts up to 89 days with guaranteed hours and potential conversion to permanent employment. Pay starts at $20.50/hr day shift and $21.00/hr night shift, with progression to $23/hr after conversion.

As a Warehouse Associate on the Day Shift, you will play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect.

Position Details

• Job Type: Temporary, up to 89 days (with potential for permanent conversion based on business needs, consistent attendance and performance)
• Location: 24 N Game Creek Road, Carney’s Point, NJ 08069
• Pay Rate: $20.50/hr for day shift and $21.00/hr for night shift
  • If converted to permanent, you’ll be eligible for pay progression up to $23/hr after two years.

Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations):

• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift
• Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the day
• Use carts, dollies, and other equipment to move items
• Lift up to 49 lbs. and push utility carts up to 60 lbs.

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
