Job summary

Amcor in Sterling, MA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to stage production floors, move materials and support daily warehouse operations. The role is on-site with day or evening shifts and hourly pay between $18.00 and $22.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, loading and unloading, inventory transactions, cycle counts, using forklift and reach truck, following safety rules, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely shipments and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year forklift operator experience required.
• 1 year reach and order picker truck experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English to complete forms and verify quality.
• Valid lift truck license or able to attain certification.
• Basic math skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Observes and follows all safety regulations.
• Daily inspection and care of equipment.
• Operate dock equipment and report issues.
• Load, unload and relocate materials as needed.
• Perform inventory transactions and barcode scanning.
• Cycle count and pull material for work orders.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and computer entry.
• Support and collaborate with all warehouse and production departments.
