Summary

RNDC seeks talented and energetic Warehouse Associates for our growing Day Shift operations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of products and accurate order fulfillment. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Your efforts ensure our customers enjoy many more happy hours! Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, and housekeeping.

In this role, you will

1. Safely unload trailers, verify loads, and stage products for put-away.
2. Pick and pack orders using various methods (label, scanners, voice, or paper tickets).
3. Meet productivity and accuracy standards based on LM metrics.
4. Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet, clamper).
5. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools for inventory accuracy.
6. Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
7. Interact with team members during shift hand-offs.
8. Engage with delivery personnel and receiving crew, especially in early mornings.

What you bring to RNDC

High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of warehouse experience or equivalent. Certification to operate MHE is required. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
