Job summary

Wesco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associate roles in Sterling, VA. You will gain hands-on experience in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and light assembly while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role offers training, potential for career growth, and benefits. No prior experience required; one year of warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required / entry level.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Log sheets and inbound shipments processing; verify supplier returns and receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate material; prepare packing lists.
• Pack, label, wrap and load outbound trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed and maintain assigned areas.

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
• Relocate and consolidate material
• Prepare and assemble packing lists
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks
