Job Overview

At GXO, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our data center operations. This full-time position offers a chance to be part of a leading logistics company, ensuring efficient inventory management, shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory; maintain accurate records; perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
2. Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, inspect incoming goods, and handle physical movement of inventory using material handling equipment.
3. Facility Maintenance: Keep workspaces clean and organized; assist with disposal of materials and obsolete equipment.
4. Compliance and Safety: Follow safety protocols and security measures.
5. Support and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and assist with special projects.
6. Assembly: Assist in setting up and installing server racks, handle tools safely, and support senior technicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic office software
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret safety and procedural documents
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and use of handling equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including overtime availability

Physical Requirements
