Job summary

Bosch in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle picking and loading products, ensuring a positive customer experience and safe operation of material handling equipment. You will support branch activities, inventory management, and various duties to help the branch meet goals.

The role requires 2–4 years of customer service experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plus.
• HVAC industry experience preferred including warehouse and forklift operations.

• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Support and maintain efficient operation of the branch in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively operate warehouse safely and efficiently (shipping/receiving, FIFO, etc.).
• Assist branch manager and counter sales associates as needed.
• Other duties as directed.
