Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload trucks while using RF scanners and TWL to move, track, and manage inventory.

The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, maintaining a clean, organized warehouse, and collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines. Typical hours are ~7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred).
• High integrity and high energy.
• Experience in building products and warehouse operations is strongly desired.
• Ability to work with customers and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through our Warehouse Management System (TWL).
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly.
• A Warehouse Associate's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- Monday through Friday, generally no weekend work.
