Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Garner, NC location. You will greet customers, pick tickets, load/unload trucks, and use RF scanners to manage inventory through TWL. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Expect standard daytime hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no regular weekend work. CDL reimbursement and pre-payment programs may be available for qualified associates.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred).
• High integrity and high energy.
• Experience in building products and previous warehouse experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with customers.
• Ability to lift boxes and building materials weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through our Warehouse Management System (TWL).
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly.
