We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to handle material duties such as receiving, loading/unloading, order pulling, and inventory checks. Daily use of forklift and crane equipment is required.

Primary Objectives

Perform various material handling duties in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pulling/assembling customer orders, verifying outbound orders, inventory checks, restocking, labeling, maintaining displays, moving/storing materials, and conducting cycle counts.
• Receiving inbound shipments, processing returns, and reporting damaged shipments.
• Operate forklift and crane equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips if needed.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards or incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Forklift Operator.
• Crane forklift experience plus 1+ years warehouse experience preferred.

Competencies

Basic math, organization, customer service skills, fluency in English, attention to detail, safety awareness.

Physical Requirements

Stand, use hands, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, climb, and balance. Lift 15-30 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs with team lift. Vision abilities include close, peripheral, and focus adjustment. Accommodations available for disabilities.
