Job Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Liquids Division. The Liquids Warehouse Associate uses pick sheets to pick, kit, and pre-stage raw materials and ingredients for daily production. This position will also assist in the execution of the monthly inventory counting of warehouse materials. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and has no direct reports.

1. Communicate with Supervisor and Department Lead to determine production materials needed for upcoming requirements.
2. Review staged materials/ingredients against pick sheets.
3. Complete sign-off sheets and necessary paperwork for tracking and compliance.
4. Identify ingredients accurately by item numbers on packaging lists.
5. Use FIFO method when pulling materials by lot number for traceability.
6. Bale cardboard and recyclable materials.
7. Maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse area.
8. Operate Powered Lift Trucks safely in various environments.
9. Assist in scanning and wrapping daily production.
10. Unload deliveries and assist in loading and shipping products.
11. Follow all company GMPs.
12. Complete trailer inspections and document where applicable.
13. Scan finished products into inventory using RF scanner.
14. Responsible for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for trailers.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
