Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support on-site operations at a Johnson & Johnson facility, performing pick/pack tasks, stock management, and inventory control in a climate-controlled environment. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely handling of shipments with attention to quality and sanitation standards.

On-site shifts include both 6:00am–4:30pm and 8:00am–6:30pm options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders; light assembly and storage recording.
• Repair and recoup damaged goods as needed.
• Count product, compare with manifest, inspect for damage, dates.
• Report shortages and mis-shipments using proper forms.
• Unload/load shipments as necessary.
• Relocate, stack and store merchandise efficiently.
• Transmit orders to shipping locations and handle labeling and packing.
