Warehouse Associate / Class C - Hybrid - Stake Bed Driver
Pay Rate $23 / hour
Schedule 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA

Anaheim based company is looking for experienced local drivers with clean DMV records and stable work history.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Local pick up and deliveries
• Plan trip logistics and obtained necessary documents to transport goods
• Load and unload cargo
• Ensured cargo is secured properly compliant with safety requirements
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection of vehicle
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel expenditure
• Manage bills of lading
• Communicated with dispatcher, other drivers and customers by means of wireless devices and on-board computers
• Report any incidents to dispatcher
• Follow all appropriate traffic laws
• Report serious mechanical problems to the managers
• Keep truck and associated equipment tidy and in good working order

Position Requirement/Qualifications include:

• Self-Motivated, self-starter who takes pride in their work
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear and effective communication abilities
• Responsible individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Clean DMV record
• Ability and willingness to follow all safety rules and regulations
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
